You missed the point. Biden sat down and worked with the military, took opinions and eventually gave orders that could be acted on.

Milley didn’t agree with the orders but he’s not out there questioning Biden’s fitness for office.

Trump on the other hand was announcing policy via twitter or just sending withdrawal orders with insane timelines without consulting anyone.

That’s the difference.
