I find it difficult to believe that this woman hasn't had extensive contacts with child welfare, in which case..why the FUCK didn't they insist she be institutionalized years ago?
Child welfare is a joke, and until we start LOCKING UP violent criminals and crazy people, this shit is going to continue happening.
