I spoke to some border patrol at rest stops and a road by the river where i saw a 'BP' Vehicle lurking and watching the Border . They said they could stop the invasion if they were allowed to .

i was in YUMA for a few days maybe 15 years ago . It was interesting due to the Prison but hotter than heck .
