Are Biden's issuance of presidential pardons going too far?

hahah correct...he's got to say something when they are prosecuted.

Agreed. Hence why it can't be done in secret.
It can be kept secret until they’re prosecuted.

Just like Trump kept his declassifying documents secret until he got prosecuted.

Prosecuting is adjudicating dipshit.

Not until they’re actually prosecuted.

It wasn’t a question before it was inconvenient to MAGAs. Now you want to rewrite the rules.

A form of, what I am talking about is figuring out the process.

Actually they would need to know far more if not indicted, and so would everyone else.

It wasn't a question until it was done by Biden, now it's a question.

He doesn’t have to say anything unless they’re prosecuted.
Prosecuted for what? For an offense prompting a pardon?

What is the purpose of a judicial system if pre-emptive pardons make a judicial system meaningless?

The word “convicted” does not appear in the constitution.

The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.
Very bad precedent being set here!

You are making the nonsensical " ....becausecI say so" argument.

gad_source=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIivj__7uEiwMVTUb_AR1SORsaEAAYASAAEgKmYvD_BwE

The President has pardon or clemency power under Article II, Section 2, Clause 1, of the Constitution, under the Pardon Clause. The clause says the President “shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.”

"Offenses against the United States,"

Nothing related to "might have, but we don't know", or "offenses to be named at a later date".
It also doesn't say that the pardon can't be for unnamed past offenses. Sorry! It's just not there either way.

No one seriously thought the president could secretly declassify documents before Trump brought it up. Prosecuting is how this gets adjudicated. Don’t be so whiny.
Actually they would need to know far more if not indicted, and so would everyone else.
Why? You don’t need to know shit.
It wasn't a question until it was done by Biden, now it's a question.
You question it when Dems do it but it Reps. Hack.

Trump is attacking anyone who ever testified against him

Biden is just protecting them from retribution
LMAO

If they did nothing wrong, they have nothing to hide. It’s an admission of guilt at this point.

OR… an admission that indeed the DOJ can be weaponized, the thing your party and side declared was impossible as you went after Trump with bogus charges.

Either way, your pants are down. How pathetic. Biden and the Democrats will go down in history full of shame and failure. One of the worst and weak presidencies in our nations history

No one cared about it until Dems thought they could get Trump.

Sure, we saw Xiden do that here, he keep it a secret until he announced the pardons. Then, when they accepted it, they were pardoned.

What's your point?

Well not really, since he can declassify documents at will, nobody has to accept that the documents are declassified, like somone has to accept a pardon.
