There's a standard used by the court that determines if a claim that a defendant is dead is a true claim. It has been met by the other Hamas defendants but not - yet - met in the case of Deif.

I believe so. The court did decide many years ago, to only focus on crimes committed after the the ICC was established and hence that excluded some war crimes committed by Blair and Bush. The law is the law and the ICC has as much right to exist as any international body. The approval of the United States or Israel is not a factor because neither the United States nor Israel is a member.

I gave my opinion, I do not represent the ICC. Had the ICC existed in the 1930s then yes war criminals would be subject to the court, that's what it is, that's what we need, laws that apply to everyone without prejudice.

That's because you are clueless about war crimes, the Rome Statute and the Geneva Conventions. Take a look at the charges Netanyahu faces, deprivation of food, water, reckless attacks on schools and hospitals and the truckloads of evidence supporting these charges.

Not at all, it cheered me up immensely. Its encouraging to see that the Zionist tentacles were powerless to interfere with the court, despite all the threats and insidious nastiness from them, they were powerless.

In my opinion the Israeli's themselves should have arrested the scumbag for publicly denying the role of the Third Reich in the Holocaust in 2015, that's actually a crime under Israeli law and has been since 1986 but of course the law wasn't enforced because Zionists are all entitled to say and do as they please with impunity.
