Twitter Users Hijack #FreeKimDavis To Lampoon Jailed Kentucky Clerk

I love satire and humor that bites these people HARD.

Some may argue, they feel no shame the homophobes, the faux Christians and American Taliban. But when they see their children looking at them, seeing their ugliness.

Soon after Kentucky county clerk Kim Davis was arrested for refusing to issue marriage licenses, supporters created the hashtag #FreeKimDavis to push for her release. Soon after that, her detractors hijacked the hashtag to do just the opposite.

Twitter erupted with posts calling Davis out for multiple marriages and comparing the hashtag to a giveaway coupon.

Twitter users also flocked to a parody account, @nexttokimdavis, which provides some insight into how Davis’ crusade is affecting her beleaguered coworkers.
