Well, there is this, which gives a more complete story of the Court's ruling and quotes the judges ruling.

On Thursday, Lake's lawyers were sanctioned $2000 by Arizona's Supreme Court after they made "false factual statements" that more than 35,000 ballots had been improperly added to the total ballot count in the election which the Republican lost to Democrat Katie Hobbs by 17,000 votes.

"It is further ordered that the trial court shall forthwith conduct such proceedings as appropriate to resolve the unrelated question previously remanded," wrote Justice Robert Brutinel in the order.

Regarding Lake's claim that more than 35,000 ballots were added to Maricopa County's total at a third-party processing facility run by Runbeck Election Services, Brutinel said the allegations were unsupported by the case record and that Lake's lawyers should never have made the false statements.

"Not only is that allegation strongly disputed by the other parties, this Court concluded and expressly stated that the assertion was unsupported by the record, and nothing in Lake's Motion for Leave to file a motion for reconsideration provides reason to revisit that issue," the court order read.

"The representation that this was an 'undisputed fact' is therefore unequivocally false."

The judge also imposed a 10-day deadline for the $2000 fine to be paid.

I always knew there was no quit in Kari, but just imagine, we are now into what, the 7th or 8th month of this, so just how was Trump supposed to prove a multi-state-wide election scam with a skeletal staff and a hostile set of courts not wanting involved in just six weeks?

First day of testimony.

"Your honor, liars lie". We rest our case.

She has learned well from Trump, as long as you keep fighting, people will keep sending you money

As long as you don’t admit defeat, you haven’t really lost
The voting system being manipulated is the real issue questioned. The former United States will be blended into a larger world government confederation of super states in which the U.S., Canada and Mexico will be one of.

You are correct

There was an attempt to steal the 2020 Election

All I am saying is that literature on political science was available at bookstores when we had more of them and were more available a half century or so ago and were reduced and hidden as the globalist power increased. You believe what you wish. The direction is clear though. We have seen Republican control pretty much as Democratic control. And the movement has been steadily left as it is the easiest way to world government.

Very true. But proving an election was rigged can be tough if they don't give you access to the voting machines that were part of the fraud.

Nice try Lenny

But all contested elections were repeatedly audited
They did have access….still found nothing

“Those who get their news from corporate media likely believe Kari Lake’s legal battle against the massive, widespread voter fraud that stole the 2022 Arizona gubernatorial election had a huge loss today. That’s how media’s spinning it.

The reality is this: All but one minor sanction requested to be imposed on Lake’s legal team were shot down and the court ordered the signature verification audit to be expedited. Other than the minor $2,000 fine over poor legal wording, today was a victory for Team Kari.”

"Those who get their news from corporate media"? You prefer twitter? Anyway, on threads like this, what do you think of people that use complete quotes from the judge handing down the ruling and link to complete article. I know it is not as persuasive as a juicy tidbit from one side, trying to get up hopes of some massive turnaround, but what do you think of getting the complete story, including quotes from the judge in the case saying "

Is is cheating on a internet discussion board to quote the Judge in the case, stating his ruling?

This was the most blatant steal in US history. Election workers testified that tens of thousands signature mismatches that they had rejected were reversed by higher ups, and counted.

Kari Lake lawsuit:

Maricopa County Voting Centers Plagued with Tabulation Errors on Election Day Affected Areas Averaging Well Over 300 Percent More Republicans Than Democrats

"Voters encountered problems casting their ballots at 70 of the 223 vote centers in Maricopa County on Election Day, November 8, 2022, resulting in long lines and concerns that ballots ended up not tabulated or “misread,” and commingled with ballots that had already been tabulated. Averaged together, the problems occurred in areas where Election Day voting was more than 300 percent Republican versus Democrat. Of those 70 precincts affected, 59 were in heavily Republican-voting areas, and two were Republican-leaning but not heavily, with only nine from Democrat-leaning or solidly Democrat areas."

Go Testify, but be advised the supreme court of that state, do not see it that way, and the judge speaking for the court gave out $2,500 fines to Lakes Lawyer for trying to assert it without evidence, giving them 10 days to pay up. I don't live in that state, and just read the court's ruling. Do you live there or just have partisan interest?
