Bad Cop, No Donut

Your assumption that I am a "pothead" is wrong. I don't use. I don't like the high, the paranoia or the hunger. However, I have no objections to others putting into their bodies whatever they want. Their bodies, their business.

Where did I state legislators do not write laws? I didn't.
Only recently have states began legalizing (to some degree) cannabis. Even though pharmaceutical companies and the prison industry lobby against it.
Resisting arrest means applying physical opposing force. Even if you are laying down you are not complying with lawful orders. Plus sometimes things are said in jest, doesn't mean it was really planned. You can ignore everything you want but that just means you have an ax to grind.

Pot is fully legal here, and Oregon, Colorado and now California. There are others as well. I'm against legalizing many drugs because what people put in their bodies can drive them insane.
Don't know the cannabis laws of your own state? Here, let NORML help you out: Washington Laws & Penalties - NORML.org - Working to Reform Marijuana Laws
So, no, pot is NOT "fully legal" in your state. Nor any other.

Why is it any of your business if somebody wants to put something into their bodies that "can drive them insane"? I have seen some pretty crazy drunks. You're not a drunkard, are you? Do you care if some people can go completely off the rails when intoxicated on alcohol?

Drugs most likely to drive people crazy are prescription drugs. Most school shooters were on, or had been on, some type of psychotropic drugs. Did you know that?

Rather than sending me to some pot propaganda site tell me in your own words how pot isn't legal? I pass by a bunch of pot shops almost every day.

Alcohol doesn't turn you into a bandit or burglar or make you eat faces. Perspective m'man, you need it.

The page I linked you to gives the laws for the state of Washington. If you have something that disagrees with them, post it.

Are you aware of the number of people who are in prison for committing the most heinous of crimes while inebriated on alcohol? The number of people who have murdered family, friends and strangers while intoxicated? The number of people who have committed robberies and burglaries because they were broke and wanted to get drunk or drunker? Vehicular homicides?

You all must have some pretty tame drunks in Washington.

I don't smoke pot. Why the fuck would I research laws that don't concern me? You made a statement that pot wasn't legal and I challenged you on it because it is. I asked you to back up your statement and you think I'm going to let you divert my attention to studying the regulations? Booze is regulated too, everything legal is. You can do illegal things with a shovel as well as alcohol but that doesn't mean pot is illegal.

Were you born this stupid or did you fry your noodle?

Since you don't smoke pot laws concerning pot do not concern you? Interesting. Sure you are not a baby raper either, but do laws against baby raping concern you?

Pot is not "fully legal" as you asserted. If it were it would not be regulated in any way, shape or form. Fully legal would be without restrictions.

See the first quote in my signature.
Have a nice day.

I have signatures blocked and your quote wouldn't interest me anyway. I'm pointing out the fact that you made a stupid statement, couldn't begin to support it so you tried deflecting and are too stupid to know when to quit.

What legal product isn't regulated? You are clueless! You can't even quote a post right.

Another "hero" goes to jail. Let's hope this one stays there.

"Another officer with CP. Thats 3 nationwide (that we know of) between Nov 14 - Nov 24. It's been indicated on this page before that this is an epidemic of sorts the magnitude of which the public simply doesn't know because these stories aren't centralized.
And, as also has been pointed out, the most disturbing part of a law enforcement officer possessing this evil smut is the notion that the Blue Lives Matter badge bunny types demand that we all do exactly what any cop tells us to do the second he tells us to do it." ~ Cop Block

The Thin Blue Line is a Gang That Commonly Resorts to Violence

Ever notice that police unions are “fraternal”? This should tell you something. The “thin-blue-line” is a gang, little different than street gangs–at least when it comes to “covering-up” questionable behavior by police.

In today’s day and age, “officer safety” trumps de-escalation of force. This, in part, is due to the militarization of the police along with training in Israeli police tactics. This becomes a problem, with the “us vs. them” attitude that is fosters, along with the fact that Israel is a very different place, being on a constant “war footing”, and by necessity, its police tactics are very different. There are too many instances of police being “given a pass”, even when incontrovertible video and audio evidence is presented. Grand juries, guided by police-friendly prosecutors, quite often refuse to charge those police officers who abuse their authority.

In the local area we've had two incidents of cops shooting each other or themself recently. One sheriff deputy was showing his weapon to another deputy and shot him in the chest, killing him, a few days ago. Today a local cop discharged his firearm while getting out of his car, shooting himself in the leg.

I think the Keystone Cops had a better record than this. What kind of non-existent training are these people getting? Do normal citizens need to put on a bullet proof vest whenever they are pulled over for a bad taillight?
Imagine how many such incidents would occur if cops were not as well trained as they are -- at least most of them.
