He's the fucking logo. Are you kidding me? This was before my time so I have to take your word.Jerry West was never the best player on the Lakers.
Jerry West was MVP of the NBA Finals in 1969. The only player to win MVP on the losing team.View attachment 533265 View attachment 533268
And the BIGGEST OF ALL

I have been a Laker fan since 1965. He was the best player on the team from 1969 - 1973. Before '69, it was Elgin Baylor. He's the fucking logo. Are you kidding me? This was before my time so I have to take your word.
I think they meant season MVP. I know for a fact DWade won a Finals MVP before Lebron got there.Jerry West was MVP of the NBA Finals in 1969. The only player to win MVP on the losing team.
I don't think John Stockton ever won MVP? Nor did Willis Reed.I think they meant season MVP. I know for a fact DWade won a Finals MVP before Lebron got there.
From what I remember Stockton should have won at least one.I don't think John Stockton ever won MVP? Nor did Willis Reed.
He unfortunately played during the Michael Jordan era. From what I remember Stockton should have won at least one.
But then you have a choice of two avenues. One being MVP. Maybe more then once. Or winning a Championship or more. I would take the Championships even with the possible less notoriety. From what I remember Stockton should have won at least one.
Well he never won either one.But then you have a choice of two avenues. One being MVP. Maybe more then once. Or winning a Championship or more. I would take the Championships even with the possible less notoriety.

blasphemyNot a shot Reggie Miller was the best to never win mvp. He was only a five time AllStar and never was close in the MVP voting. He barely snuck in to the hall of fame. The legend of Reggie Miller is much better than the actual player was.
I didn’t say you weren’t entitled to your opinion. I am however disagreeing with it. Stats-wise he wasn’t the best player to ever not win an MVP. I can’t think of any basis for your argument that he is the best player to never win the award.blasphemy
few people understand basketball, but everyone has an opinion
