Not exactly breaking news. The rest of us knew it a long time ago.

Even before the debate many of us believed he would decline the nomination after the Republican convention, and this was all a set up to prevent a contested Democrat primary. I'm hedging on the timing now, wondering if they can afford the wait and the loss of money donations.

Saw an article this AM where they are raising money in case of a switch to another candidate.
