They are proving it by invoking a "Scorched Earth" strategy leaving the government in the worst condition possible to the victorious GOP and President Trump. How unhinged do you have to be to piss away that money, knowing that the US tax payers will end up having to rebuy all of it at a much higher price because of inflation? We are a month away from construction beginning, and Biden sells it off for pennies on the dollar?
