That way, one could work and shop insulated against atmospheric pollution of most kinds whenever it were necessary. Decontaminate in the garage and live normally in your home space. Heated and air conditioned, it could be comfortable all the time. With modern tech, this isn't too far fetched.

For the rich, climate controlled, maybe even bullet proof. They could have wheels for transportation.
