This is strange, I thought for a moment THIS IS SOME RACIST TERRORIST ATTACK - and since accidents do happen - spare me the bullshit, Israeli bus drivers never go to the West Bank because they get stoned when they do, so its either you have a car, or your hitchhike.
Additionally most WB public transportation is Palestinian transportation with Israeli ID plates to be able to get in to Jerusalem.
