The OP was confused about what constitutes violence, so I replied. Obviously the attack on our capital was a violent attack, we all remember watching on TV news as it was occurring. Memory sometimes fade and people can question whether it was a violent attack, so giving example to their own lives, can possibly bring it home.

I do hope, she never faces such an attack, except on TV news. She is actually a decent enough person, and would hate to hear she faced such a situation.
