Two-front war, not a good idea, unless we can destroy both their economies first. Russia would be easy, seeing how their economy is primarily dependent on oil, gas, and coal. Trump could have reduced Russia's economy to ashes.

China would be harder, since we're so dependent on them as a trading partner.

For starters... US would have many allies in that type of a fight... EU would be able to take on Russia almost on there own... US would help from Korea, Japan, Australia & Co in the SE Asia...

US soft power was the main reason this didn't happen before... The Trump Administration decimated the State Dept... They didn't even show up to some world conferences... US conceded the higher ground... Biden is desperately trying to build that back but it is hard to get people to trust you when everyone knows in 3 years time there could be a new guy... This is why US Presidents honoured their predecessors word.. Obama pulled out of Iraq for that reason... Biden out of Afghan as well
