I think that this one was an accident...I think the resultant spread of the virus was then on purpose to make sure that China wasn't the only country that suffered..........I don't think the communist leadership would authorize the release of a virus that might kill them too.....they will develop a virus that will kill billions, but before they release it into the wild, they will need to have the cure on hand and injected into the party leadership.....
