When you put your life on the line every day and the guy who runs the city appears to view you as an enemy, you can't be blamed for taking it a little personally.

They're doing it silently, it's not like they're breaking the law. Like resisting arrest, something that was done by two well-publicized and recent "victims" of theirs.
