What do you suppose the statistical odds are that 13% of the POPULATION accounts for the vast majority of 'disappearing' ballots, signature problems, 50% or more of names purged during voting roll purges for "inconsistencies", broken voting machines, precincts opening up late, letters to the 13% with wrong election dates, threatening phone calls, cops showing up at their voting locations and on and on and on!

I'd say the statistical probability of ALL THOSE PROBLEMS and "irregularities" being legitimate to 'that' 13% of the population are about same as meteor falling from the sky and hitting my roof while I'm typing this.

“It’s alleged that perhaps absentee ballot applications were fraudulently obtained — ballots were taken from voters and destroyed or marked for a certain candidate,” he continued.

“There’s an unusually high number of black and Native American voters in that area who applied for absentee ballots and never returned them,” he added...
