It is 'inappropriate' for the DOJ to use apply legal / judicial standards when investigating proven criminal CUA Directors and the criminal (inept at best) Deep State Intel Community?!
You mean 'legal standard's like 'Felony Perjury', which Brennan was proven to have committed when he testified he knew nothing about the Dossier...and then Congressional records show he briefed select members of Congress on it AND participated in using it to write the Intel Community Report.
