According to an arrest affidavit, Joseph Francis Frederick III, 51, is accused of threatening the man with a loaded revolver at their shared apartment on FM 2222 in west Austin on June 7.

The incident allegedly started when Frederick, who was having trouble streaming porn on a TV, woke the man up to ask for help.

After the man fixed the TV issue, Frederick accused him of flirting with a guest who had been in their home earlier. The affidavit states an argument ensued.
