DEI, SPLC and Silencing Political Enemies

FTA is taking the same position, and I agree.

It's the economics of the GOP that I disagree with. Too much of a tax cut and not enough of deficit reduction.

Rand Paul and I agree on this.

Can the GOP get the eight Dem votes they need? I have no idea.
Getting rid of programs that the Federal Government has no business funding is a great way to start cutting the deficit.

As long as they can do the job , I see anythng wrong with giving disabled veterans and those who have been persecuted in society an equal chance to get a job.
Nope no special treatment for anyone and I'm a Veteran that comes from a family of Veterans.

Who in today's society is facing persecution ? You loons don't want equality you won't special treatment for groups that happen to vote a certain way

In Nebraska they've passed all kinds of laws giving veterans ( not just the disabled ) special rights and privileges. I am also a veteran , and have not applied for any of those benefits. I don't believe it is right either. If you carefully read my post I said equal chance at a job not a better chance of getting a job.

In practice it is not that, it has never been that. It is "reverse discrimination" against white(males).

That you have to lie about what the policy is, to defend it, is all that needs to be known about it.

No, it is making sure that a qualified person of a certain class will be hired over a less qualified person.

So you believe....why ? Because trump said it's bad

I've been part of a "dei" hiring process. The way you describe is not what happens.

The decision is made to hire minorities. The whites (males) are not considered regardless of their qualifications.
The way I described it is exactly is how it is supposed to happen.

You did not get the job, which, undoubtedly, was the right decision.

I've seen it in operating. I've been part of a hiring process when upper management decided it needed to be more "diverse".

And the whites were immediately dismissed from consideration despite being more qualified.

I hear a lot of libs talk theory about diversity. Very vague and hypothetical. But in practice, what happens is that whites (males) are discriminated against.

Aw, how nice. As i stated, I was PART of the hiring process. I was actually filling my role as I was tranferred to newly added organization to bring them up to our practices. The slot in question was my old slot.

Your snark is you trying to defend your false position, that everyone knows is false.
