Deleting one's posts

I was under the impression that a person who has donated to the forum, will always retain the ability to delete their own posts but this seems to not be the case.

Can someone please clarify what exactly how this works?

For example this arbitrary post I made yesterday has no "delete" option:

Thanks
If the timer has run out for deleting your own post(s), you can always REPORT yourself and just say "please delete." That'll keep you from getting dinged by a mod if something you said violates the rules.

You trying to say you're a fucking idiot?

When you were being so benevolent, you should have read the details.
I did read them you dunce, I just said I did. your dumber looking than your wrestling avatar.

Because you keep asking me stupid questions, if you fuck off I'll stop replying to you.
Promises promises......

I cut and pasted the wording from the page and I was going to be a real nice guy and link it for you.

Then a little voice popped into my head and said 'fuck him in the ass'.

Have a nice day 💖

Actually, the commandment does not say “thou shalt not kill.”

Instead, what it commands is that “thou shalt commit no murder.”

One can kill without committing murder, necessarily.

In John 8:7 we read

The teachers of the law and the Pharisees brought in a woman caught in adultery. They made her stand before the group and said to Jesus, “Teacher, this woman was caught in the act of adultery. In the Law Moses commanded us to stone such women. Now what do you say?” They were using this question as a trap, in order to have a basis for accusing him.

But Jesus bent down and started to write on the ground with his finger.
When they kept on questioning him, he straightened up and said to them, “Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.” Again he stooped down and wrote on the ground.

It was a legally sanctioned killing that the Pharisees were suggesting, not murder, the law does indeed penalize adultery with stoning to death.

So why did Jesus prevent the punishment that the law clearly defines? Would you - had you been in a position to - have stoned her? or not stone her and disobey the law?

It's my understanding that Jesus came to change, revise, and update "the law".
The Bible isn't the Koran.

Is this documented or explained anywhere or just anecdotal?
