I don't like the definition they had before. I can't imagine many people thinking that race is "the primary determinant" of anything - just a tangible factor. And racism is not limited to identifying a superior race; it also identifies inferior races. Obviously. Fascism is the one that specifies a superior race, but that's also a political philosophy.

The article does mention racism but only one of the terms used from Rhodesianism or Social Darwinism. A victorian era use of the word.
