There are as many moderates in the Democratic party as there are moderates in the Republican party.
Sadly, their voices are not heard...on either side of the aisle, the extremists on both sides--the Progs vs the MAGA, have hijacked both parties.

What is "extreme" about MAGA? With all due respect, Evil explain that for me? Securing the border? Getting violent illegals out of the country? Making energy cheaper? Getting better trade deals? Making our election results secure by requiring valid ID to vote? Not letting trans men dominate female sports? Allowing parents to decide whether their small children should be reading about sex in school? Just what is it that makes all of that "extreme"?

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth’s controversial chief of staff, who played a central role in a power struggle that gripped the Pentagon, will exit the agency today.

Joe Kasper was originally expected to transition to another role within the Defense Department, but is now planning to go back to government relations and consulting, he said in an interview.

He will continue to support and advise the Pentagon, he said, but as a special government employee. This will limit him to performing temporary jobs for just 130 days a year.

A former longtime chief of staff to indicted Rep. Duncan Hunter, Kasper was a leading figure in the firings of senior adviser Dan Caldwell, Hegseth deputy chief of staff Darin Selnick and Colin Carroll, the chief of staff to Deputy Defense Secretary Stephen Feinberg. The trio were ousted last week in a leak investigation.

Some officials saw the wave of firings as a bid by Kasper to consolidate power.

“Kasper did not like that those guys had the secretary’s ear,” a person familiar with the dynamic said. “He did not like that they had walk-in and hanging-out privileges in the office. He wanted them out. It was a knife fight.”

Good deals made with other country's require time & energy. NOT SLAPPED ON DEMANDS.

Kind of an ugly deal, what solution are you offering? WE have so many fires burning, will be honest

Is it reasonable to have secured borders? Why did we NOT have them for the last four years?

Good deals do require time and energy. Have you ever seen an administration with as much energy as this one? They are working hard at getting deals done.

With all respect...we never had the problems we've had over the last decade with voting. I'd like to see us go back to paper ballots, valid picture ID's required and a paid national holiday provided for people so they can vote.

Women's sports for women. Not men who identify as women. It's inherently unfair to have someone like a Lea Thomas competing against females.

I have a serious problem with children as young as 4 years old being "educated" about sexual things! That's absurd and I think any reasonable person KNOWS it!
