That is now the position of the Democrat party. Every illegal must get a trial before being deported.

This has never been the case in the history of this country.

Don't have to use due process if they are deported within 14 days after entering the US.

You're lying. Every deportee deserved "due process". You don't just grab people off the streets and put them on a plane.

ALL of Obama's deportees received due process under the law. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM. Those who crossed the border illegally were returned LEGALLY.

Obama did not deport 5 million people

He had an open border and allowed tens of millions to come in.

That is how Trump got elected in 2016

No more so than the total ignorance of the Constitution and the law that is not known by those who deny its existence.
The Constitution of the United States of America is NOT FOR EVERY FUCKING PERSON ON EARTH.
Come here WITHOUT due process, get EXPELLED without due process.

Why are Republicans so ignorant about our Constitution?

Don’t you know anything other than the second amendment?

It is, however, for every person on US territory. Processing hearings are no big deal. We do them every day in or near county jails for arraignment. Takes a good minute.

We KNOW the Constitution is NOT a suicide pact. :eusa_hand:
Evidently you don’t if you don’t understand that Constitutional protections of the accused apply to all “persons” under our jurisdiction.

Let me guess……..You watch Fox don’t you?
