Of course he didnt, no one gets a trial with jury to get deported....at most, those that are qualified asylum seekers get a HEARING in court....it takes about an hour.

If at the border crossing they are determined to NOT QUALIFY for an asylum hearing they can be deported immediately....border patrol are given a couple of weeks grace period to send them back without a hearing.... to arrange for the illegal's home country to take them back and arranging the air flight there to return them. Those being deported are held in their cells until returned.

Title 42 allowed Trump and Biden during Covid, to deport border crossers ...even those seeking asylum, without a hearing, while the pandemic was in progress.
