I think I have a root canal scheduled tonight and a colonoscopy tomorrow. A lot more fun than watching the DNC convention. Okay I don't really but honestly, I know exactly what we'll hear from most:

--Kamala is the best thing since sliced bread
--Orange man bad
--The Democrats are the only hope we have to save our democracy
--MAGAs bad
--Kamala and Walz are going to fix everything they didn't fix for the last four years
--Republicans won't
--Kamala and Walz are going to give you everything you ever wanted or needed for free
--the GOP will take everything you have away from you
Etc.

Who wants to spend time listening to that?

I wish we could get that through our fearless leader's head too. All the insults and ugly characterizations that he, Republicans, Patriots heap on the opposition just strengthens its resolve just as their insults to us strengthens ours. Nobody takes it seriously but just uses it to illustrate how mean spirited, hateful, cruel etc. the other side is.

I want Trump, Vance, everybody speaking for them and all Patriots to focus on the issues and be able to explain why ours are so much better, be able to illustrate how our track record is so much better, articulate real cause and effect instead of just propaganda.

The first question that came to mind was "why?" But I started watching the link on PBS, said "fuckit", and went to the kitchen to make me some Rice-a-Roni.

When I came back out in the garage where I had it on, AOC is spewing her bullshit.. So it's back to the kitchen to check on my Rice-a-Roni. Maybe I'll make a grilled cheese sammich to go along with it because I know a slutty bitch like AOC couldn't make a grilled cheese sammich if her life depended on it.

Hey, that's a good idea for a reality TV show: Drop AOC off on a deserted island with nothing but a frying pan, some sticks, a loaf of white bread, and some Velveeta cheese. I bet she'd starve to death before she could figure out how to start a fire and make a grilled cheese sammich. Or maybe cannibals would eat her first, except they'd probably catch the AIDS and Monkeypox off her.

Gawd, her voice is so annoying. I'd have to slap the shit out of that bitch a sell her ass on the street to all the naggers for $1 a pop.

When the RNC Convention was on, I went to CSpan because I wanted to hear all the speakers without interference from TV hosts who thought they (the TV hosts) were more interesting. I wanted to hear the audience response, all of it. And it was mostly interesting with a few exceptions here and there.

I can't stomach what I'm hearing now. No vision. No substance. All propaganda and little information. Looking at the faces in the crowd nobody seems to be enjoying themselves at all.

So I'm now listening to the TV hosts who at least are giving some information. I figure if anything worth listening to at the convention happens they'll cut away for that.

I just a moment ago turned on the TV to see a bit of the Democrap convention only to see Shrillary Rotten Clntool bleating some shit about the pressing issue of woman’s suffrage.

Naturally, I swiftly turned the TV off again.

Is Shrillary deemed even moderately significant anymore in the eyes of our liberal steeple? Why?
