A serious question in the unlikely scenario that under a Kamala presidency it gets passed by congress and SCOTUS, do these people who have no American slave ancestors get money from Hispanics, Arabs, Indians of both types?

Neither with respect to Slavery Reparations nor Race Reparations. Nobody presently alive qualifies.

The last former American slave died in the 1970s... so nobody alive today qualifies for Slavery Reparations.

The only one who can make Race Reparations is the Lord God... although He certainly didn't do them any favors...
