WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The United Arab Emirates has committed to a 10-year, $1.4 trillion investment framework in the United States after top UAE officials met President Donald Trump this week, a White House official said on Friday.

The new framework will "substantially increase the UAE’s existing investments in the U.S. economy" in AI infrastructure, semiconductors, energy, and American manufacturing, the official told Reuters.

DOGE is fixing the mess that is the Federal payment and accounting system as per modern business practices.
Yesterday there was no way to track where payments are being booked, to which appropriation, etc.
Tomorrow every check will be tracked to a contract and an appropriation. Checks will be auditable.
The DOGE team knows that government is a corrupt disorganized mess, and they are fixing it.
The DOGE "targets" like USAID are all corrupt.
For example, $400b skimmed for unnamed and unapproved "Green Projects", to the tune of $400b:
