I just finished watching/listening to it. For all that I understood I thought that it was a really good speech, but I admit that when it got towards the questions part I fell asleep because I wasn't following any of it. Now potty break before the EO signing replay as that should be great!!

I think you know that building anything would cost something...therefore it would not be cost neutral.

Would you like to argue some more? Now telling me that building anything is inflationary? When you know that when the infrastructure is USED...it will make a profit & increase production which is DEFLATIONARY.
