See...the problem is...we Chicago needs the extra special...super dooper background checks....you know..the ones that tell criminals that they really, really, really need to get a background check for guns they cannot legally buy, own or carry......or else....

See...if Chicago had that kind of Background check..this would never have happened...right?

You don't really have to bluff...walk in with a note, hand it to the clerk and they will give you the money.....you just have to say you have a weapon....and then you go to jail of course, but they are trained to just give over the money....

Yeah but if someone who is a concealed carry holder is in that bank and the bluff doesn't work, usually the bluffer becomes worm food.
