You need to fix your grammar in Spanish. «Latina» is not a noun. There is no such person or thing as «una latina».

«Una mujer latina» is, literally, “a Latin woman.” The adjective in Spanish (as in French, Portuguese, Italian, etc.) usually comes after and agrees in gender with the noun it modifies, but an adjective in that family of languages never becomes a noun in its own right with the feminine ending.

«Latino» is only a noun by a so-called “blind bull” formation from the Spanish adjective for “Latin.” The use of «latino» as a noun rather than an adjective is a little bit derogatory anyways. Say “Hispanic” or “Latin” in English prose.
