There is no question that these women did nothing wrong or illegal, and that Republicans attack and slandered their names and caused them great harm. The only purpose of this trial is to financially assess the value of that harm.

Furthermore, all of the admissions that Giuliani and the others made at the civil trial, can be used as evidence against them in their criminal trials for election interference and fraud.

A confession in the civil trial is as good as a confession in his criminal trial. Giuliani and the others who admitted to wrongdoing in the civil trial, are toast, when it comes to the criminal trial.
