FEMA quits writing flood insurance policies due to shut down

And? It happens with each shutdown. Might get on those Dems refusing to authorize money for the wall.

You are so right. Years ago I saw a guy who lived on the banks a major river (I forget which). He had a cozy house and a beautiful willow tree and a lovely yard between his house and the river that flowed about 100 yards from his front door. In the clip, the river was placid and appealing. However his complaint was that his flood insurance had been cancelled upon payment of his last claim. It was his 5th claim of flood in 4 years and he couldn't understand why his insurer cut him off. Sometimes you gotta consider the trade-off.
