Do you think all drugs come through ports of entry? Drugs are coming across the border at every point possible.

This one shipment was caught only because someone some where tipped off border patrol.

But because it was such a large shipment, the DRIVER had no choice but to go through a point of entry, because he was never going to get that truck across areas of the border that are walled and secured.

He had been delivering these shipments for a while because we don't have the man power or technology to stop all of it, but at least The Wall forced him to be funneled in to a port of entry, just like all traffic, including legal and illegal immigrants should.
