Illegals also use emergency rooms as primary care providers. They go to emergency for things usually handled in a doctor's appointment. They hit the ER for vaccinations and well baby care. Small hospitals cannot function under that kind of pressure.

Urban hospitals have much more money available. They have more workers available. When a patient doesn't pay, what do you think happens? Illegals don't pay. It's a loss. Rural hospitals are unable to absorb those costs.
