i strongly support the Flood Insurance Pricing Transparency Act, a bill introduced by Sens. Bill Cassidy (R-LA) and Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY). if New Orleans drowns again, they need to be ready

Biden's move to socialist policies for America has become a creeping threat to the American way of greed and racism.

And Trump's ability to counter the move is already severely damaged due to Biden's gifts to the working class.

It's just too obvious that the crooked thieves of the insurance industries will be the first to be challenged!

liberty, liberty, liberty......................... POVERTY!

I choose my assets that lie above the published "100-year" flood line ... there's a website ... it would be cheaper and longer lasting except for the active volcanoes and 9.5 magnitude earthquakes ...

Pick your own poison ...

Medicare, Unemployment compensation and Social Security were here long before Biden was president, kiddo.

You've accidentally extolled the virtues of socialism and Biden's move to socialist policy to new levels.

Good for Biden. The only country in Central America that people are trying to get into, instead of escape is quasi-socialistic Costa Rica. Universal health care and social security have been a part of Costa Rican society since the 1940s.

Costa Rica is poor ... nothing there for Gringo to rape and pillage ... and she is a mature republic, Them the People have free and fair (and boring) elections ... so not news-worthy {Cite}...

They used to have wonderful pensionado visas for Americans on Social Security ... direct deposit into the Central Bank and you can live (not work) anywhere in the country ... or it used to be that way ...

Cocaine ruined everything ...

Indeed they`re poor but they don`t seem to be as miserably unhappy as so many Americans are. If we didn`t have children and grandkids we would`ve moved there years ago.

If only Dems would flee to Costa Rica that would be awesome!

Flood insurance should be damn expensive if you choose to live in flood prone areas.

It's like my hunting, fishing, range property, it's zoned ag/recreational as it's along the Shenandoah River and I've seen the whole place underwater a few times since I owned it but kiss my ass if a parcel on the up-river side of me did not get zoned residential because part of it was approved for a alternate septic system.

Good for me I guess because by and by I'll get mine rezoned too and sell it.

Wait ... how are you managing to have grandchildren? ... and why did you bother with children if you could have grandchildren instead? ...

Stupid idiots buy property by rivers in Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, St. Louis and other cities. When those houses flood it sure would make sense to tear them down and turn that land into a park where kids could play baseball.

What exactly are you babbling incoherently about?

You said you have had grandchildren ... that's biologically impossible ... only your children can have your grandchildren ...

Everyone knows grandchildren are more fun than regular children, if we could, we'd have grandchildren and skip the having regular children ...
