Giuliani was just on Fake News Network and he made it perfectly clear if Mueller could prove Trump was guilty of obstruction he would have subpoenaed him. Mueller knew he couldn't prove it in a court and elected not to subpoena Trump.

Giuliani stated he thought the clowns on Mueller's team thought the firing of Comey was obstruction but Mueller knew it wouldn't stand up in court. So Mueller acted unethically and inserted the phrase "could not exonerate", and punted to the AG.

This report went the the AG 3 weeks ago which Wolfy acknowledged they had reported that news and the AG turned it over to the Office of Legal Counsel. The OIC determined and Rosenstein and Barr concurred there was no obstruction of justice.

So the nutcases in Congress can go pound sand. It will be a more productive use of their time.
