Reagan had an agreement with Tip O’Neil and the democrats for every dollar of DEMOCRAT increased spending (including the very badly needed defense increases) the democratically controlled congress would Make matching cuts in existing spending. As usual the democrats eneged on that agreement just like they did on the amnesty for illegal aliens that was supposed to be matched by a secure border. President Trump on the other hand destroyed ISIS without invading a new country, he just defunded it. He cut down military forces to 2500 in Afghanistan and Iraq, and was planning full withdraw. He refused to do a Regime Change war in Syria while CNN, the Democrats, and most of the GOP were begging him to do it.

President Trump May have run up the deficit m but at least we got something out of it, the best economy we’ve ever seen as well as no new wars.
