Chicago is a heaven sent blessing for our America! If we can just bus both illegal immigrants & violent felons to Chicago @ the same time we can empty the prisons($ave$ tax $$$$$) & take care of the illegal alien problem @ the same time!!! Just gotta make sure that they are all armed & cannot leave the Chicago city limits. Once they liquidate each other it's Repair & Repopulate Chicago with civilized Americans, then rename Chicago to; Pair-a-Dice!

Public executions for certain crimes. If found guilty give them one appeal. If that fails they are taken to the town hall steps doused in gasoline and set on fire. Violent crime will drop.
