Harris consistently demonstrated her lack of qualifications, lack of intelligence and lack of ability.

This is the result of giving priority to female blacks and rewarding them with roles and positions they never would have gotten if white (up to the VP of the United States). They start to believe they really are “all that” and earned their achievements through intelligence and competence.
