Washington, DC – On Thursday, June 13, 2019 at 9:00 am, the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence will convene an open hearing on the national security challenges of artificial intelligence (AI), manipulated media, and “deepfake” technology. This is the first House hearing devoted specifically to examining deepfakes and other types of AI-generated synthetic data.

I believe that this video was altered because Nancy Pelosi stumbles a lot when she speaks. They altered it so that she doesn't make any slip-ups. You can see that it was made for altering, by how they have to keep their heads in the same position, like they are in a standing-still position. So that it will be easier for them to alter video. The unaltered video must shows Nancy falling asleep while she is talking. They know that they are unfit to be in office.
