You almost gotta laugh if it wasn't so sad. The entire freaking HLS, the FBI and the CIA couldn't seem to understand the meaning of the words "Russian terrorist living in Boston" but they manage to concoct crazy scenarios for random words on a computer by some poor schlep business man.
