The pace is insane !!
We literally move far faster than I could imagine
.I am getting pounded daily with super intense lectures that are extremely detailed . It’s hard and painful on me !!

I am doing well on all tests ( As and Bs) but I am often confused and not remember everything

I am also double the age of everyone else .

F me ..

Want a fast pace? I once took a course that usually had a test EVERY DAY. In fact, usually 2-3 a day. Once, we had four tests in one day.

Then quit yer bitchen. Go home at night and study.

If you're serious about succeeding you should probably record the lectures and listen to them again, you might have to accept that you will have to put in twice the amount of time studying as your peers.

Last night I watched the lions game then I watched Indiana Jones Temple of doom but I studied 1 hr before game and after temple of doom

Oh shit! Please tell me your fucked up ass isn't going into the medical field!

We need to warn your instructor immediately.

I used to get to school an hour before class to study, then I stayed after classes to both study and tutor. Then I studied 4 hours a night. And I studied 8 hours each day on weekends, including doing all of the extra problems not required in the book. Then in class, I volunteered to work the toughest problems on the board in front of the instructor and classroom. I studied until I knew all the material 100% and got a perfect 4.0 GPA (straight A's), the highest in the class.

I studied until I knew the material so well, I felt like I could teach it. I sat at the front of the class and volunteered to answer every question.
You either make up your mind that you are going to beat this thing or it is going to beat you.
The best feeling in the world is going to class every day or going into a test knowing today is going to be easy.

What type of classes did you take

I am getting old

I didn't :( Because of the girl infront of me I usually had a boner sitting at my desk & thought it best to stay seated.

Yea I know , my class has a few attractive hot Latino women and one cute young white boy that is far from me

All are far from me

Electrical and electronic engineering.
It is all physics and math with a big helping of both theory and application.
I studied anatomy, physiology and medicine as a kid, from about 5-6 on to about 13.
Plus I used to buy and build models of the brain, heart, ear, etc.
I dropped medicine in my early teens to take up astronomy.
If you want something, Q, better make your mind up that you are going to SUCCEED and do great at it and just OWN IT.

Isn't that the worst?! Getting boners in class then the teacher calling on you to stand up.
When I was in grade school (3-4th grade) there was a pretty blond girl there named Goodrun Minehole. :smoke:

You'd thunk teachers would have figured out not to do that by now! I mean, schools are only thousands of years old...how long does it take them to learn something?

It didn't help that all my grade school teachers were pretty young women in short skirts who always sat on their desk.

It just ain't fair I tell ya.
