'I can't breathe.' Canton police bodycam footage captures Frank Tyson's final words

look at it from the back its on his shoulder not his neck look at that pic
The knee was on his neck.

Officers struggled to get him to the floor and handcuffed him face down on the ground with an officer applying his knee on Tyson's upper back and neck area for about a minute, according to the body camera footage.

Sure, it is possible.
Possible? He ran his car into a utility pole, fled the scene, ran into a private club where he accosted patrons, screamed over and over that someone was trying to kill him in the parking lot, then when the police arrived said they were trying to kill him, fought with police, resisted arrest and then died because he was laying on his stomach for 5 minutes. Possible?

probably od

If one is talking one is breathing.
Unfortunately you see referees using this logic in sports. The referee regrets his logic error when the athlete dies or gets serious injury from his decision not to stop the match. He then finds himself being sued, losing his job or worse being charged with a crime.
