Unfortunately I can't see the video in the link you posted Waitingfor2020 ("the media could not be played" they tell me....) but I can see the gif above.
It seems Melania Trump faked her smile but this does not mean she hates Donald Trump. There are always tensions between husbands and wives even if they're the President of the USA and the First Lady
