Lived in Florida for about 13 years, had several close calls with storms, but my house was never damaged. Moved to KY and had been there about 3 years and lost part of my roofing due to hurricane force winds from a hurricane that hit Texas! Moved to TN 2 years ago, Lost a bunch of shingles during a winter windstorm on my daughter's house. You never know.
