They do sorta, through various subsidies. Your taxes subsidize some food products so the price you pay at the store is lower. Without the subsidies some products wouldn't be produced at all. Same as foods produced with immigrant labor. If these producers had to depend on white workers their costs would double at least, if they could get workers at all.
