That sounds like a hypothetical scenario to me.
Yes, it's hypothetical to think that organizations hire based on race unless you have solid proof.
Do you have any proof of race based hiring practices besides DEI?

You objected to answering hypothetical questions earlier and then you give a hypothetical example of something, that's pretty hypocritical.Yes, it's hypothetical to think that organizations hire based on race unless you have solid proof.
Yes, there's lots but that isn't what I'm discussing with you. My question was that if we did discover racist hiring practices what policies could we reasonably consider to reduce the problem.Do you have any proof of race based hiring practices besides DEI?

There's no record of an asteroid hitting the earth for over 60 million years, yet we have teams all over the world monitoring for the possibility of one, would you argue that's a waste of time and only after one strikes us should we plan for how to react to them going forward?
The example I gave was not hypothetical, it's reality.
Just because an organization's roster of employees is tilted one way or another statistically concerning race, doesn't mean they have racist policies.
Go and learn what hypothetical means. It's a hypothetical, to think otherwise.
Yes that's AFTER a person has been hired you moron. DEI was introduced to apply prior to the hiring decision. We have had anti-discrimination policies for decades.
Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal
Why does that matter? are you saying one cannot plan for some eventuality unless that exact eventuality has occurred already? That's idiocy. There is proof of Asteroids, so no.

So, you're saying we have no laws against racial discrimination before DEI?

So now that you can see the oh-so-important historic examples, please explain what you would do if you worked at an organization like this, what rules could you introduce to prevent this prejudicial hiring from happening?
With DEI gone what's to prevent all of the above from returning? why should blacks, women or disabled be optimistic about Trump making America "great" again?
You might not like DEI but I can't hear you suggesting anything better which tells me you'd prefer to leave it alone, let the problem remain and fuck minorities, fuck blacks, fuck women and fuck the disabled - stop trying to pretend you're a decent human being, you're a racist white supremacist scumbag, it's plain as day.
Yes, many allegations.
You've proven people can say pretty much anything.
I'll consider your opinion on DEI when it includes all professions, including All sports leagues.
If DEI works, it will work in all professions.

They should lose half their business. I know I won't spend money promoting their name
I'd charge them double if they voted for the felon in chief.
