This actually was said several years ago, but the story is back in the news cycle.

But in this instance she is probably literally correct .

Because we White people prefer to kill more per incident and have greater responsibility for bombs , missiles etc .

Also I suspect we kill a much better quality of victim .
Blacks tend to Kill each other and an occasional Whitey .

If you kill ten thousand white people and one is a white supremist that is not cool. And even the so called white supremist has to have his day to spew his message. Many people do not want to live around others who are different yet are not racists. This includes people of different races who think the same way. The comfort of people around each other plays into it. Progressives say that it is their way or the highway. So, a housing development must look like a 100-color peacock or else. And many Progs live in lily white areas for some reason.

You're conflating integrated neighborhoods based on ability to pay with acts of terrorism committed by white-skinned perpetrators. Obviously some people are not happy about living next to individuals from another race, but they are generally not inclined to respond violently:
